Six weeks of individual consulting or even group consulting.
We have 6 sessions, meeting once a week over the course of six weeks. During our sessions we will determine what goals you want to achieve and formulate attainable action plans. Each participant will receive a copy of the Vegan Adventures Journal, handouts, encouragement, and hold you accountable to your action plans.
Last day of the session will end with vegan appetizers and a completion certificate. We will also continue to be available for all participants by phone for an additional one month.
